Document Description
The proposed project involves the replacement of one existing floating concrete dock and gangway located at 37 The Point within the Coronado Cays. One existing 564.5 square-foot concrete floating dock will be removed and replaced with a 564.5 square-foot winchester grey TREX composite brand floating dock attached with stainless steel screws. Components comprising the replaced floating dock will include the following: 4-foot by 8-foot framing with 5-foot by 7-foot clips and 1/2-inch bolting; floatation pontoons; 2-foot by 12-foot fascia with white rubstrip and corners; 3/4 inch thick nonskid fiberglass decking; 8- to 14-inch bolted cleats; composite decking attached with stainless steel screw.
