Document Description
The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Wyndham San Diego Bayside (tenant) for its continued use of four (4) parking spaces on North Harbor Drive adjacent to its leasehold at 1355 North Harbor Drive in the City of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP is currently used by the tenant only and exclusively for the purpose of short-term gratuitous vehicle parking (i.e., valet parking) for tenant's employees, guests, and invitee's. The proposed TUOP would continue this use. No new development, construction, or increase in the size of the tenant's leasehold or the TUOP area is proposed or authorized as part of this TUOP.
