The California Department of Public Health (Department) as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Yosemite Lakes Camp has installed a small well to augment water production. The new well is only producing 5-6 gpm according to the 72 hour pump test. The water system would like to have the well ready for production before the season begins or before the river runs dry. The Camp has a surface water treatment plant to treat water from the Tuolumne River. They also activated a standby well to prepare tfor the frought conditions.
