Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The City of Willits proposes a project that includes the purchase and installation of approximately 5,000 feet of pipeline to transport water from the Elias Well to the city's existing distribution system, new well pump, fencing setbacks, controls for disinfection system, and replacement of the Elias well so it meets current construction standards.
