The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. Ophir Gardens and Placer County Water Agency proposes a project that includes the consolidation of Ophir Gardens to the Placer County Water Agency existing distribution system.
The project is considered an emergency prevention measure that will prevent an imminent water outage.
Pursuant to the California Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Code, Section 711.4(d)(1), the CDFW environmental review filing fees do not apply.
