Document Description
The Metropolitan Board of Directors has authorized the General Manager to modify an existing settlement agreement with the City of Monterey Park. The amended settlement agreement would lift operational restrictions on the Garvey Reservoir, lease 0.2 acre of Metropolitan-owned land to the City of Monterey Park, and grant the City of Monterey Park the right to use the leased land for construction of a dog park and additional improvements.
