Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0210-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Bob Fish. The project is limited to excavation of up to 990 cubic yards of gravels to test for mineral content. The trench excavation will begin near the northern side of the site where bedrock is exposed and intended to follow the bedrock surface as it becomes deeper towards the south. The total disturbed area will be approximately 0.95 acres. Excavated materials will be returned to the site to match pre-exportation grades following completion of operation.
