Document Description
The project proposes replacement of existing impermeable asphaltic concrete (A/C) alleyway surface with permeable pavers in same location. The project involves the following improvements: (1) Removal of approximately 10,000 square feet of existing base material in alleyway; (2) Removal of existing base material in alleyway to a depth of approximately 12 inches; (3) Installation of new base material to approximately same depth; (4) Installation of permeable pavers in place of previous A/C surface.

Proposed improvements are located entirely within City rights of way and areas previously disturbed for existing alleyway and park improvements.
