Silverwood Lake SRA ADA Improvements
NOE - Notice of Exemption
The project would improve ADA accessibility within Silverwood State Recreation Area as required by the Tucker vs. the State of California consent decree. Improvements include but are not limited to: 1) ADA parking spaces; 2)walkways; 3)comfort station; 4) marina fish cleaning station; 5) combination buildings; 6) RV and tent campsites; 7) campfire center; 8) entrance station; 9) day-use beach area and 10) RV dump station. Further specifics detailing the work included as well as measures to avoid and/or minimize impacts may be obtained through the contact information below.
No potential for significant impact to the environment is anticipated in compliance with CEQA §15300.2. If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form including measures provided by CDPR staff, then it is exempt under the CDPR List of Exempt Activities according to CEQA §15300.4 as:
