Document Description
Replace deteriorated wood shingle roofs on 10 residential structures in Columbia State Historic Park to protect the structures. Work will remove existing roof and gutters if required, make repairs to the roof underlayment, install a new roof. Galvanized steel flashing, gutters and downspouts will be repaired or replaced. All work will be in conformance with the Secretary of the Interior Guidelines on Treatment of Historic Properties standards.
