Document Description
A declaration of water shortage emergency is proposed due to current hydrologic conditions. Due to an emergency being declared, the Agency has the option to award a contract without normal advertising under Public Contract Code in order to expedite the project. The project will consist of the installation of temporary pumping facilities at the Tinker Road and Sunset Industrial Wells located west of Highway 65.
