Document Description
Reduce vertical and horizontal continuity of flammable woody material by removing up to 50% of brush and tree less than ten inches (10") DBH. California Conservation Corps (CCC) hand crews with chain-saws and mobile chipper shall thin small trees and brush, prune limbs, and treat down woody fuels through cutting, piling, chipping, and burning.

Biological assessment by Registered Professional Forester (January, 2014) determined activities will not result in the taking of endangered, rare, or threatened plant or animal species, or adversely impact surface waters. Archaeological review concluded activities will have no impacts to cultural resources.
