Document Description
The Californial Department of Transportation (Caltrans), proposes a State only funded Project to perform emergency bridge repairs on the Hartnell Avenue Bridge over I-5 (Bridge # 06-124), at (PM) 13.952, in Shasta Country. Lane closures will take place between (PM) 13.85-14.15 and all staging and work will take place on existing paved surfaces. The work area will be underneath the damaged area of the bridge and above it on Hartnell Avenue. Caltrans has performed and environmental evaluation consisting of a review of resource records and databases. consultation and coordination with applicable agencies and indviduals, and field surveys of the project limits. The project will not affect jurisdictional waters and therefore, regulatory permits will not be required. *See additional details attached.
