The California Department of Public Health (Department) is the lead agency. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Orchard Mobile Home Park proposes to prepare a preliminary engineering report, drilling a monitor well, conducting pilot studies to evaluate feasibility of arsenic treatment, preparing an engineering report and preliminary design, drafting water service agreement, developing final plans and specifications for the selected construction project alternative, and preparing CEQA documentation.
