Document Description
Replace deteriorated roofs in Columbia State Historic Park in conformance with the Secretary of the Interior Guidelines for the Treatment of Historic Properties standards on state owned historic brick buildings to protect the structures. Work will remove existing roof, and gutters if required, make repairs to the roof underlayment, install a new roof. Leaders, scuppers and down spouts will be repaired or replaced where necessary.
