Document Description
The Project consists of rezoning several parcels throughout the City that are currently zoned Limited Commercial (LC) and one parcel zoned General Commercial (GC) in order to make the zoning classifications on existing and planned commercial sites consistent with Title 23. Zoning, of the Elk Grove Municipal Code (herinafter referred to as the Zoning Code), and with the Elk Grove General Plan. Additionally, the Project includes an amendment to the Laguna Gateway Special Planning Area (SPA) to remove five parcels from the SPA and rezone the affected parcels to MP.
