Pedestrian access to the site will be provided via sidewalks along Redwood Drive and Golf Course Drive West, as well as within the parking lot. A total of 68 parking spaces and 6 bicycle parking spaces will be provided on the site. Approximately 35 percent of the site will be landscaped using native-like grasses, shrubs, and trees.
