Document Description
Approval of a reclamation plan for an instream surface mining operation that has been recognized as a vested right, allowing for the extraction of up to 50,000 cubic yards of material per year. Project activities entail the reclamation of lands affected by the vested extraction operations. The project site is located at the confluence of the Mainstem and Middle Forks of the Eel River, approximately 0.25 mile south of Dos Rios, lying along the north side of State Highway 162, directly west of the State Highway Bridge over the Middle Fork Eel River (AP# 035-040-45).
