Project Description: The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number YOL-47733-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of West Sacramento. The project is limited to removal of the existing debris deflector, repairing and then replacing the existing debris deflector to allow for the appropriate diversion of river debris and increased boater safety. The debris deflector has failed and is currently submerged below the water line of the Sacramento River.
