Document Description
To construct structural repairs to the pier substructure, abutment, and existing piles where needed. New piles may be required if the existing piles do not meet design criteria. A protective rail or fencing system and lighting along the pier perimeter will be installed for public safety. An electrical conduit would be installed at the top of the levee to supply electricity for the pier lighting.
