The proposed project includes preservation of two existing historic homes and historic landscaping, installation of new landscaping improvements, and construction of 47 senior/assisted living housing units that would replace the existing sisters' residences in the Motherhouse facility that is proposed to be demolished and up to 83 single-family homes (the proposed project). The new senior/assisted living units would replace the approximately 81 dormitory-style housing units, one-single family detached house, and the On Lok Senior Health Services, which occupies 5,178 sf within the existing Motherhouse facility. The proposed project would also eliminate the H-1zoning designation from the project site.
