Document Description
Addendum to MND
DWR has prepared an Addendum to the MND for the Minor Slough levee (approximate river miles 1.8 to 5). The project is located within the Liberty Island Quadrangle, T5N, R3E, MDB&M. DWR received a non-concurrence letter from NOAA Fisheries. Therefore, to obtain federal concurrence through the Endangered Species Act (ESA), DWR is amending the MND to include recommended best management practices and to enhance the mitigation measures. There are no new impacts and this does not change the conclusions of the MND, nor trigger any of the conditions for a subsequent MND.
