Document Description
A CUP for the development of a 130-foot tall, multi-carrier (up to 48 panel antennas), lattice wireless communication tower. The applicant is requesting the 130 feet in height to provide the ability for additional carriers on the tower. The project proposes 12 panel antennas at the 119-foot level and a 6-foot diameter microwave dish at the 127-foot level. Subsequent sets of antennas (colocations) will be placed at every 10 feet separation, down to 89 feet. Also proposed are 15 remote radio units, one equipment shelter, 2 A/C units mounted on the shelter, 500 gallon emergency generator and associated cabling from the shelter to the tower. The communication facility will be located in a 3,600 sf area, secured by a 6-foot chain link fence.
