Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The project consists of grading an existing parcel in preparation for future development on site. Grading will involve filling three seasonal wetland swales with clean fill dirt from the project area. Existing vegetation will be removed. The project design mimics pre-project hydrologic run-off patterns and best management practices will be employed to minimize dust, erosion, and potential sedimentation to downstream waters of the US.
