Document Description
CDFW has executed streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0144-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Katz Kirkpatrick Properties (the Permittee) as represented by Fred Katz. The project consists of the development of three parcels to allow for the construction of an AutoZone retail auto parts store. This includes associated, utility infrastructure, and mass grading for the development of the entire site. The site will be uniformly leveled for construction and parking; existing vegetation is not anticipated to be retained. The project has been designed to mimic pre-project hydrologic run-off patterns and standard construction best management practices (BMPs) will be employed to minimize dust, erosion, and potential sedimentation to downstream Waters. The project will result in the permanent filling of three seasonal drainage swales totaling 0.08 acres, with ~75 cy of fill.
