The proposed project consists of subdividing a 37.05-acre parcel into two (2) lots, 0.79 and 0.70 acres in size with a 35.56 remainder parcel. Development of the 0.79 and 0.70-acre parcels will consist of retail/commercial, with one of the parcels committed to being an Auto Zone retail automotive parts store. Water and sewage services will be provided by the Valley Springs Public Utility District.
