Document Description
The project would subdivide an approximately 37.5-acre parcel into four parcels consisting of approximately 11.0 acres (Parcel 1), 10.4 acres (Parcel 2), 13.3 acres (Parcel 3), and 2.8 acres (Parcel 4). Proposed Parcel 1 is currently developed with the property owners' residence and is not being proposed for further development, nor is development of the other three parcels being proposed at this time. Access to each of the proposed parcels would be via existing driveways and/or roadways and no new roads are currently being proposed.
