Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0078-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, North Tahoe Public Utility District. The project will involve the removal of the existing water tank, pump station, and associated above ground infrastructure constructed adjacent to Griff Creek. The tank and pump station will be demolished and removed by truck. The underground piping will be abandoned in place. The large cut and associated cut slope at the location of the water tank will be filled, regraded, and revegetated to match adjacent natural topography.
