Construction and operation of a wireless communication facility to include a cell tower and associated electronic equipment cabinets. The 80 ft tall monopole and equipment cabinets would be located within a 1,600 sf leased area which is a portion of a larger, 1.81 acre property. At the top of the monopole would be three antenna sectors with two antennas per sector. Associated equipment includes a stand-by diesel generator with a 132-gallon fuel tank and other supporting ancillary equipment. A six-foot chain link fence with privacy slats and barbed wire along the top would surround the leased area.
