NOTE: NOD Withdrawn Per Lead (see notice). DTSC has made a final decision on a project regarding the renewal of a Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit) for Veolia ES Technical Solutions L.L.C. (Veolia) Richmond Facility (Facility), as authorized by the California Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.5, and the Resources, Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Veolia currently operates under a Permit issued on January 24, 1994. A permit renewal authorizes the continued storage and transfer of off-site generated hazardous waste. The Permit is effective April 10th, 2014 and shall expire on April 10th, 2024.
