Document Description
Proposal to obtain a Heart of Soquel Master Site Plan and to implement phase one improvements including associated lot line adjustments. The conceptual master site plan includes shared parking and circulation, open space, a linear creek trail, and other park amenities. Phase one implementation includes construction of a performance area, plaza, parking and circulation from Soquel and Porter Street, riparian restoration along the top of the Soquel Creek bank and buffer area, associated park landscaping, and special community events with beer and wine sales within 200 feet of residentially zoned property. The project requires a Master Site Plan Approval and a Development Permit, Lot Line Adjustments, Riparian Exception and Preliminary Grading Approval for implementation of Phase One and Two of Master Site Plan.
