The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0467-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Leslie Koenig/Alameda County Resource Conservation District.
The project includes full replacement of culvert MP 8.60 (upstream crossing) and a culvert retrofit at MP 8.75 (downstream crossing).
