The District adopted the EIR for the Master Plan on 12/2/2014. Following adoption of the Master Plan EIR, the District proceeded to identify project-level sewer pipeline improve, project-level details for the new CSO and Administration Building at the water pollution control plant as 2377 Garden Tract Road in Richmond; and a new design option of remodeling the existing CSO and Administration Building at the current location at 2910 Hilltop Drive.
