Master Plan, tentative parcel map, and other subsequent approvals for the Manteca Family Entertainment Zone (FEZ). The FEZ is a comprehensive multi-use master land plan that proposes the development of recreation sport fields (indoor/outdoor) and other recreational amenities, as well as, retail commercial, and hotel facility with indoor water park, on 210.7 acres within the city limits of Manteca. The project was initially approved on February 16, 2016, and subsequent approvals for the project have been issued since then.
