The proposed project is a Master Plan, rezone, subdivision, large lot tentative map, site plan review, and conditional use permit for the Manteca Family Entertainment Zone (FEZ). The FEZ is a comprehensive multi-use master land plan that proposes the development of recreation sport fields (indoor/outdoor) and other recreational amenities, as well as, retail commercial, and a hotel facility with indoor water park on 210.7 acres within the city limits of Manteca.
