Document Description
The FEZ is a comprehensive multi-use master land plan for development of recreation sport fields (indoor/outdoor), other recreational amenities, retail commercial, and the Lodge, on 210.7 acres within Manteca. The City of Manteca, lead agency, approved the Project on February 16, 2016, and has issued subsequent approvals since then. The final EIR with comments and responses, and record of City's project approval, including all addenda prepared for the Project, are available to the general public at the offices of the Lead Agency, City of Manteca, at 1001 W. Center Str., Manteca, CA 95337.
