Document Description
The proposed project is the rezone, subdivision, and site plan review for a family entertainment zone that includes a recreational sports fields and building facilities. The building facilities includes: a 500 room 290,000 sf hotel, 85,000 sf indoor waterpark, 20,000 sf conference facility, 37,500 sf restaurant and retail space, and future expansion area with 200 additional hotel rooms, 76,000 sf additional to the waterpark, and an additional 20,000 sf conference facility. The project recreational sports fields includes: new baseball fields, multi-purpose turf playfields, three international soccer fields, other fields, restrooms, maintenance and storage facilities, and administrative offices.
