Document Description
The establishment of a soil amendment processing and distribution operation on a 4.5-acre portion of a 10-acre parcel. The frontage of the project site on Wilson Avenue where the applicant is proposing to build an earthen berm planted with small trees, shrubs and ground cover. Other improvements to the property will include a gated gravel entry way, soil stabilization using limestone fly ash and gravel base rock. Some wind screen fencing on north and east perimeters will be installed. The project also includes the installation of a water distribution system for fire suppression and dust control. The project will include the placement of the following soil amendment processing equipment, a portable tub grinder, water truck, forklift, two wheel loaders, portable screens and shredder, and a 13-horse power tote filler.
