Document Description
The proposed project is the development and operation of a 3,500 seat grandstand, competition-level field lights, a PA system, and a concession/restroom building at the track and field, as well as an aquatic center with competition-lighting and a 12-lane swimming pool. Construction would occur in one general phase and begin October 2014 and end April 2015.
