CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0094-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans. All three bridges will be widened to 12-foot-wide lanes and 8--foot wide shoulders. The bridge abutments will be widened to support the wider bridges. The project will involve work within Sand Creek, the Friant-Kern Canal, and the Kaweah River.
