Document Description
The Project includes activities related to widening of the bridge at the State Route 216 crossing over the Kaweah River. Project activities will include water diversion, temporary access road construction, bridge column construction, bridge deck widening, bridge railing replacement, road resurfacing, and the placement of rock slope protection. On May 6, 2019, CDFW executed Amendment No. 1 providing ability to implement alternative water diversion methods to those described in the Agreement. On December 16, 2020, Caltrans requested revisions to Compensatory Measure 3.1(a) to allow for more time to conduct the required replacement planting activities, constituting this this Major Amendment No. 2.
