Document Description
As stated in the 2014 Certified EIR, the purpose of the PGLWP is to produce and distribute high quality recycled water to replace potable water used for non-potable water demands as landscape irrigation. The PGLWP would create a new potable water supply offset, the In-Lieu Pool. Recycled water produced by the PGLWP would be used in-Lieu of up to 125 AFY of potable water. The PGLWP would also reduce the operational production of Cal-Am's proposed MPWSP by decreasing the operational requirements of their proposed project by the same amount, 125 AF.
