The primary goal of the proposed project is to create a new supply of non-potable water for irrigation of the Pacific Grove Municipal Golf Links, the El Carmelo Cemetery and other irrigation locations and for other uses of recycled water as permitted in the State of CA to substitute recycled water where potable water is currently being used.
