Document Description
The construction use and maintenance of an unmanned telecommunications facility in conjunction with an existing one-story, multi-tenant, manufacturing-light industrial shop and associate surface parking lot. The proposed unmanned telecommunications facility consist of 12 antennas divided into 3 sectors of 4 antennas per section mounted on a new 58-ft. unmanned wireless telecommunications facility, consisting of a monopole disguised as a pine tree (monopine). Ancillary equipment to be located in a 19'8"x27' space within the existing building, in the CM-1 and P-1 Zones.
