Hollister Solar Project

Note: Re-Distribution Conditional Use Permit to enable construction of a 1.5 MW solar power generation facility. Minor subdivision to divide the 39.61 acre site into three parcels. Two approximately five-acre parcels would be created, one of which is occupied by an existing home. It is assumed that one new single-family home could be developed in the future on the second of these two parcels. The third approximately 29-acre parcel would contain the solar power facility, which would have a development footprint of about 17 acres. A semi-permeable gravel road would provide access from Buena Vista Road to the solar facility. The solar facility would interconnect to an existing 21-kV PG&E line located along the northern boundary of the site.
