BMV Investment Co., LLC has filed an application to permit the development of an approximately 43,000 sf supermarket and 241 residential units on an approximately 3.9 acre site in the City of Burbank. Discretionary approvals requested include approval of a Development Review, Lot Line Adjustment, Parcel Map, and Planned Development as defined in the Burbank Municipal Code to provide unified development standards for the site. The proposed project would additionally require the vacation of Avon Street between Alameda Avenue and Olive Avenue, as well as an alley.
