Document Description
Pacific Coast Energy Company requests an Oil Drilling and Production Plan for Diatomite cyclic steaming oil production activities to add 96 new wells to the existing 96 well operation. The project would result in a total of 192 Diatomite cyclic steam wells. While PCEC operates additional facilities under separate permits, the subject ODPP request includes only the existing and proposed facilities associated with cyclic steaming well operations in the Diatomite formation. This proposed Oil Drilling Production Plan would replace and supersede the existing Oil Drilling and Production Plan, County Case No. 05PPP-00000-00001.
