The Shearwater Creek Project includes a Development Plan to construct a 140-unit attached residential project consisting of 13 buildings, including two-story townhomes and three-story walk-up flats, a pool, and clubhouse for Project residents, located on approximately 7 acres at the southernmost terminus of Pujol (on the west side). The Project also includes a Tentative Tract Map for Condominium Purposes (Condo Map) to define private and common ownership areas for the proposed 140 attached residential units.
