- Project includes the construct an additional waste water treatment process train for preliminary treatment, primary treatment and fine screening secondary treatment and modifications to the existing facilities expanding the total treatment capacity of the TVRWRF from 18 to 23 million gallon per day annual average flow, a 33-kilovolt (kV) substation within the existing TVRWRF site, and a 33-kV duct bank to be installed on Diaz Road.
