Note: 1 HC & CD The Eastern Municipal Water District's (EMWD) Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (TVRWRF) collects and treats municipal sewage and produces recycled water for reuse to the Temecula, French Valley and Murrieta areas. EMWD is proposing to expand the TVRWRF to provide an additional 5 million gallons per day (MGD) of treatment capacity, expanding the total permitted treatment capacity from 18 to 23 MGD annual average flow.
